For those who prefer to work with me on a one-to-one basis with a course specifically tailored to your desired results.
Private lessons with Adrienne enable you to take the next steps to achieve your goals - either in sports conditioning, active gymnastics, personal fitness plans or to create more harmony between you and your horse.
Private courses can take place online or on site, or a mixture of both, depending on where you live.

Group courses:
Group courses are fun and a great way for like-minded people to benefit from learning together and supporting each other in the long term. Adrienne comes to your stable and gives group courses in anatomy, active gymnastics and energy work. The courses include a short theoretical part, followed by a practical part with your horse. Smaller groups are preferred so that each participant also receives individual counselling and instruction.

We are currently working on courses on the subject of CBD in the equine sector.
From 2024 with courses all about CBD, what it is, how it works, research and potential of CBD in the therapy industry and how to find the right dose for your purpose.
Some courses will only be open to professionals.
