General Terms and Conditions (AGB)

  • The usual service region of ImPuls, for which the travel costs are included in the massage rate, is 30 kilometres from the company's location in Innsbruck. This distance may vary for simultaneous appointments for several clients or horses. In this case, prior agreement is required.
  • Travelling to more distant locations is also possible by prior arrangement. The travelling costs then depend on the number of horses serviced and are agreed in advance.
  • Only one hundred per cent healthy horses are admitted to massage and energy work by ImPuls. In some cases, prior veterinary clarification may be necessary.
  • The owner is obliged to disclose all previous health problems, whether illnesses or injuries, of the horse in question in order to enable ImPuls Methode to make an informed decision as to whether the desired appointment makes sense and/or whether prior veterinary clarification is necessary.
  • The services offered by ImPuls Methode are in no way a substitute for treatment by a veterinarian. The services provided by ImPuls Methode are to be understood as supplementary services. Veterinary care or counselling is still necessary if required.
  • ImPuls Methode will never make a diagnosis. According to the law, diagnoses of any kind may only be made by a veterinarian.
  • If further services are required and desired after a veterinary examination and diagnosis, ImPuls Methode can offer these under certain conditions. ImPuls Methode has the necessary qualifications and experience to offer physiotherapy and rehabilitation treatments under veterinary supervision and on the explicit instructions of the veterinarian. However, it should be noted that these services can only be offered in co-operation with a veterinarian and are subject to certain legal requirements. All necessary details are clarified in advance with the owner and the vet.
  • All information presented here has been compiled to the best of our knowledge and belief with regard to topicality and legal conformity. No liability is accepted for any errors.
