The plans are designed to focus on correcting your long standing issues when riding. We do this by working on your body&#8217;s symmetry and function so you can improve your riding. This does not interfere with your normal trainer, in fact he\/she will be<b><i> happy<\/i> <\/b>that finally you<b><i> can <\/i><\/b>get your shoulder back and ride better.<\/p>\n<p>You will be guided through the techniques you can use to release &amp; restore function in your horses corresponding body part. Just imagine how good it would feel after all these years to finally improve your symmetry\/balance, riding and most of all, establish a deep core connection with your horse.<\/p>\n<p><strong>**This is available in English or German - the coaching plans are 1:1<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>My concept - build in quick and easy exercises to your routine each week.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>During the programme you will see fantastic results and improvements to muscle function, balance and when you do these with your horse - as you do his exercises - a better core connection.<\/p>\n<p>I will demonstrate the exercises and show you the exercises for your horses.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\"> I will then guide you through the exercises through video.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>It doesn't matter <b><i>what or if <\/i><\/b>part of your body is blocked\/restricted\/asymmetrical. If you are a <b><i>rider<\/i><\/b> then you need<b>\u00a0<\/b>this coaching with your horse.
