In manchen F\u00e4llen kann eine vorherige veterin\u00e4rmedizinische Abkl\u00e4rung notwendig sein.<\/li>\n<li>The owner is obliged to disclose all previous health problems, whether illnesses or injuries, of the horse in question in order to enable ImPuls Methode to make an informed decision as to whether the desired appointment makes sense and\/or whether prior veterinary clarification is necessary.<\/li>\n<li>The services offered by ImPuls Methode are in no way a substitute for treatment by a veterinarian. The services provided by ImPuls Methode are to be understood as supplementary services. Veterinary care or counselling is still necessary if required.<\/li>\n<li>ImPuls Methode will never make a diagnosis. According to the law, diagnoses of any kind may only be made by a veterinarian.<\/li>\n<li>If further services are required and desired after a veterinary examination and diagnosis, ImPuls Methode can offer these under certain conditions. ImPuls Methode has the necessary qualifications and experience to offer physiotherapy and rehabilitation treatments under veterinary supervision and on the explicit instructions of the veterinarian. Nach Eingang der Zahlung ist die Anmeldung endg\u00fcltig.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Cancellation<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Course participation can be cancelled under the following conditions: Cancellation must be made in writing. In the event of cancellation up to 20 calendar days before the start of the course, the entire course fee will be refunded. If the cancellation is made within the last 20 calendar days before the start of the course, a cancellation fee of 50% of the course fee must be paid. No cancellations will be accepted from the first day of the course; the course fee is payable at 100%. This also applies if the registered participant fails to attend the course or parts thereof or is unable to attend for any reason whatsoever. (This also applies to absences due to illness, problems travelling to the venue or other hindrances due to force majeure). No refunds or similar will be granted after the start of the course if the participant cancels the course or is absent. The date on which the written cancellation is received by Adrienne Tomkinson\/ImPuls Methode applies.<\/p>\n<p>Unvorhergesehene Abwesenheit der Lehrperson: Sollte die Lehrperson aus jedweden Gr\u00fcnden nicht anwesend sein k\u00f6nnen, ist Adrienne Tomkinson\/ImPulse Methode verpflichtet einen Alternativtermin anzubieten. Dieser wird den Teilnehmern zeitnah bekannt gegeben. Ein weiterer Schadenersatzanspruch ist ausgeschlossen.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Examination<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>F\u00fcr die Zulassung zur Abschlusspr\u00fcfung des Bodywork Kurses m\u00fcssen die Teilnehmer mindestens 80% des Kurses und Workshops besucht haben. Die Pr\u00fcfung kann bei Nichtbestehen einmalig wiederholt werden. Die Wiederholungspr\u00fcfung kann fr\u00fchestens nach 3 Monaten nach dem eigentlichen Pr\u00fcfungstag abgelegt werden und kostet einmalig \u20ac 240 (inkl. USt).<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Change of content and disclaimer<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Adrienne Tomkinson\/ImPuls Methode reserves the right to further develop specialised content and to slightly adjust the duration of the event. In this case, Adrienne Tomkinson\/ImPuls Methode will endeavour to communicate any necessary changes to the programme in good time. A change of lecturer or a change of venue does not entitle the participant to withdraw from the contract.<br \/>\nClaims for damages against Adrienne Tomkinson\/ImPuls Methode are excluded insofar as she or her employees or vicarious agents are not guilty of intentional or grossly negligent behaviour. Registration is only binding once payment has been received.<br \/>\nPayment of the entire course fee must be made in advance, unless another agreement has been made in advance with Adrienne Tomkinson\/ImPuls Methode. This must be in writing. Upon confirmation of receipt of payment, the registered participant is bindingly registered for the entire duration of the course and included in the course. This applies both to participants with a horse and to participants without a horse.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Cancellation<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Course participation can be cancelled under the following conditions: Cancellation must be made in writing.<br \/>\nThe cancellation scale is as follows:<br \/>\nup to 7 calendar days before the start of the course - the full amount will be refunded<br \/>\nup to 5 calendar days before the start of the course - 80 % will be refunded<br \/>\nup to 2 calendar days before the start of the course - 50 % will be refunded<br \/>\nCancellations made the day before or on the day of the course will be charged in full and will not be refunded.<br \/>\nDies trifft auch dann zu, wenn der angemeldete Teilnehmer dem Kurs oder Teilen davon fernbleibt oder aus jedweden Gr\u00fcnden nicht besuchen kann. Adrienne Tomkinson\/ImPuls Methode anzubieten. Ein Ersatztermin wird den Teilnehmern ggf. zeitnah bekannt gegeben. Ein weiterer Schadenersatzanspruch ist ausgeschlossen.<br \/>\nThe minimum number of participants for courses is 5. If the minimum number of participants is not reached, Adrienne Tomkinson\/ImPuls Methode is entitled to postpone the event to another date or to cancel it. In this case, Adrienne Tomkinson\/ImPuls Methode will inform the participants in writing. Adrienne Tomkinson\/ImPuls Methode shall be indemnified and held harmless for any additional costs incurred by the participants as a result of the cancellation.
